The AWE Cosmeceuticals™Passion Flower AHA/PHA peel is a blend of natural acids, designed to peel away the superficial layers of the epidermis, as well as improve hydration. The acids are complemented by potent antioxidants, such as Lycopene and the calming properties of Calendula.
Active Ingredients:
Lactic + Gluconic Acids - gentle on the skin, yet still effective at exfoliation and promoting cellular turnover. Both are known for their hydrating abilities and may help in reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Additionally, Lactic acid is useful for brightening the skin and reducing the appearance of epidermal pigmentation.
Passion Flower Extract – potent anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant rich in Vitamin C. Light in texture, but deep in skin conditioning, Passion Flower also contains vitamins A & E, plus magnesium, copper and essential fatty acids. It has excellent anti-oxidant ability, as well as hydrating and healing properties.
Lycopersicum Seed Oil (Lycopene) – hailing from the tomato plant, this potent anti-oxidant is rich in carotenoids, essential fatty acids and Vitamin E to help protect skin against environmental stressors and harmful UV rays. Lycopene also has excellent free radical scavenging abilities.
Bilberry Extract - Antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, potent active stimulating circulation for increased cellular turnover, whilst aiding to fight free radicals.
Sugar Cane + Sugar Maple Extracts - rich in naturally occuring Glycolic (PHA) and/or Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA), these sugar extracts help in promoting cellular renewal for a smooth, youthful glow.
Cranberry Extract - with Vitamins B3 + B5 for skin brightening and stimulating cellular turnover.

This peel is suitable for most people. It is light and especially effective for dry skin to improve hydration and penetration of other ingredients. Also suitable for giving skin a boost and thorough exfoliation without the physical methods, such as microdermabrasion. Ideal for regular/monthly management of fine lines and wrinkles, ageing, mild acne, dryness and pigmentation.
