Hi Tammi, the Bio A oil is to be used only 2 to 3 times per week at night. It should not irritate the skin as it is in a gentle oil base of Hemp Seed Oil and Sandalwwood Seed Oil. It sounds like your skin may have a reduced barrier which needs to heal.
